Daal Makhni

Mixture of black daal (lentils) cooked traditionally on a slow fire with cream, tomatoes and mixed with fried chopped onions, coriander, ginger and garlic.

Punjabi Daal Tadka

Yellow daal (lentils) cooked with butter and mixed with fried chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander, ginger & garlic. Tempered with roast cumin seeds.

Paneer Rajwadi

Cottage cheese cubes cooked in rich & creamy gravy. This is a dish royal and rich in taste and is straight from the rajwada region.
