Ours began in 2015 on Boon Tat Street, where founder Chandra Dev Kumar opened the first Tandoori Culture with a simple but powerful belief: authentic North Indian cuisine deserves to be done right — with the finest ingredients, the right spices, and the kind of warmth that makes every meal feel like a celebration.

 

It wasn’t long before Gilbert Rego joined the journey, bringing with him the same passion for food and people.

 

Together, they bring nearly 40 years of combined experience in food and beverage — and an unwavering commitment to making every visit memorable.

 

Tandoori Culture quickly became a favourite for both locals and Singapore’s vibrant expat community, who found in it a genuine taste of home.

 

After the success of Boon Tat Street, the brand expanded to a second location at HillV2 under Spice Fusion Pte. Ltd. — bringing the same bold flavours, meticulous attention to detail, and heartfelt hospitality to the Hillview community.
