At Tandoori Culture operated by Spice fusion Pte. Ltd, we are committed to providing delicious, high-quality food and excellent service. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Our Policy on Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Reporting an Issue with Your Order
If you experience an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item or having a concern about the quality of your food, please contact us within 4 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a resolution.

Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. For quality concerns, providing a photo is highly encouraged and will help us resolve the matter more quickly.

Our Resolution Process

Once an issue is reported, we will review your request. Based on the circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

A full or partial refund to your original payment method.
Store credit to be used on a future order.
A replacement of the item on your next order.
We will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
