2. Refund Eligibility

  • Order Issues: Report incorrect, missing, or poor-quality items within 30 minutes of delivery.

  • Delivery Delays: If delivery exceeds 60 minutes beyond the promised time, you may request a full or partial refund.

  • Food Quality Issues: Contact us immediately with photo evidence if the food appears unsafe or unsatisfactory.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Special Requests: Custom orders are non-refundable unless an error was made on our end.

  • Perishable Items: No refunds if reported more than 20 minutes after delivery.
